We recently completed a project in collaboration with a client. We focused on developing an advanced solution to achieve the goal of the side, and that’s how the glazing line was born.
Purpose :
The purpose of the glazing line is to freeze the fish deeper, significantly extending its shelf life. The process is designed with precision: the fish first goes through a glazing tank, where a thin layer of water is applied over the fish. After that, the fish is passed through a line freezer to be frozen before going through a glazing tray again. This method ensures that the fish is well frozen and retains its freshness.
Lastly...
At the end of the line, the frozen fish ends up on a conveyor belt. Here the fish is carefully weighed and neatly packed in boxes for further distribution. This completed project represents our commitment to providing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
